Founded in 1916, St. Joseph’s College is a four-year, co-educational, liberal arts institution with campuses in Patchogue, Long Island and Brooklyn, New York. With a combined enrollment of approximately 5,000 students and more than 500 faculty members, the College enjoys a student-to-faculty ratio of 12:1, which provides attention in an open, supportive atmosphere. The College’s mission is to provide a strong academic and values-oriented education at the undergraduate and graduate levels, rooted in a liberal arts tradition that supports provision for career preparation and enhancement. St. Joseph’s College has been recognized by U.S. News and World Reports annual “American Best Colleges” issues, and we have been highly ranked by Forbes and named one of New York’s’ “Colleges of Distinction.”
St. Joseph’s College Patchogue campus on Long Island is located on the South Shore, minutes from the ferries to the pristine beaches of Fire Island and a pleasant drive to the Hamptons and the East End of Montauk or Orient point. New York City is just a short ride on the Long Island Railroad.
